I’m a developer with a strong agency background, specialising in front-end build quality, email engineering, and practical tooling that helps marketing teams move faster. I’m comfortable working solo or leading delivery with designers, stakeholders, and devs - from scoping and estimation through to QA and handover.

  • National Express - CRM Developer (Dec 2022-Present) Build and deploy high-volume CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating responsive, accessible HTML emails with dynamic content and AMPscript. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, optimisation, testing, and reporting to drive engagement and revenue.
  • WordPress builds, client support, mentoring, migrations, and delivery planning.
  • Built internal tools including reporting hubs and workflow systems (tutor hub, booking/document management).
